Proposal Director

We are currently seeking an experienced Proposal Director for a great customer in the Huntsville area.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Work with the proposal team and other leaders within the organization to manage all facets of proposals.
• Review, analyze, and plan responses to RFI/RFP’s.
• Manage the proposal cycle from cradle to grave.
• Work with team to develop/communicate schedules, reviews, and updates.
• Ensuring that prior to submission that all requirements have been met.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of proposal writing, editing, and prep within the Government vertical.
• FAR/DFAR experience is required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance.
