Compensation: 45K base + commission.  Once established, compensation can exceed 150K/year.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work from Home-based office, travel to clients throughout the Philadelphia area and across Pennsylvania.  Most day travel, rarely overnight.
  • Building a prospective customer list and generating leads through cold calling and door-to-door approaches
  • Explaining services, costs, and benefits to prospective clients and establishing lasting relationships
  • Working closely with Proposal and Operations teams on new sales
  • Following up on quotes and submitting weekly reports on activities and calls
  • Accurately maintaining Salesforce records and meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Five years of sales experience (industrial/manufacturing/facilities maintenance experience preferred, not required)
  • A hunter mindset, strong negotiation skills, and deadline-driven focus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google products
