ITAC Solutions is recruiting for a Remote Sales Executive on behalf of a leading Facilities Services provider. We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven individual to manage a full sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals. Compensation: $45,000 base + commission potential
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Proactively identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure successful contract execution.
- Own and develop a specific sales territory, building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Work with the Proposal and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Use Salesforce to track activities, maintain client information, and provide weekly updates on sales progress.
- Meet or exceed established KPIs, including securing at least one client meeting per day.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- 5+ years in B2B sales in facilities services, janitorial, or building maintenance industry.
- Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales. Strong negotiation skills are a must.
- Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information.
- Flexibility to travel 3-5 times per week (some overnight stays required).
