ITAC Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive – Government for a well-established client in the Birmingham, AL area! This person can sit in Birmingham, AL or Washington D.C. but must have Federal & State Government market experience.

 

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Interface with Sales and Marketing executives to develop strategies to market and sell to prospective and existing clients
  • Display knowledge of the product and effectively recommend products and services as necessary per client
  • Provide consistent and clear communication to the organization as needed
  • Recognize and expand opportunities at existing customers bringing solutions and value to customers
  • Provide and present forecasting analysis regularly
  • Help develop price quotations and system configurations
  • Execute prospecting activities across multiple avenues, including conducting market research
  • Establish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy
  • Perform other customer service and account management responsibilities and needed

 

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Federal & State Government market experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with a consultative sales approach
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and prospects
