ITAC Solutions is assisting a great client in the Birmingham area on their search for a Senior HR Business Partner. This person would be someone who comes from fast-paced environment and is an analytical thinker!
Pay Rate: $100k-110k/yr
This position is onsite.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Primary responsibilities include talent management, employee relations, compliance, organizational design; employee development; management coaching/consulting; performance management, and training.
- The Senior HRBP will lead and facilitate the human capital activities, including partnering with the company’s recruiter for talent acquisition; creating and delivering learning and development; compensation; recognition; employee relations; performance management; communications, and training.
- This position will proactively work with executives and senior leaders to identify and align HR priorities and human capital efforts to business objectives, while providing guidance on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and more.
- The Senior HRBP will be involved in interviews, scheduling interviews, writing job descriptions, pull compensations, and connect with candidates
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Min of 7 years experience as HR Generalist with BS degree in HR or relevant experience
- Experience as an HR Generalist with diverse responsibilities in recruitment, employee relations, training and development
- Reporting experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience adapting to and driving change
What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills/experience/knowledge):
- Experience as an HR Generalist in the life sciences or engineering space
- Experience recruiting scientific staff, environmentalists, or engineers
