Senior Human Resources Manager / HR Leader
Are you ready to lead HR strategy and drive impactful change? Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to take charge of HR functions, from talent management to compliance, shaping a vibrant workplace where people can thrive. In this role, you’ll be the architect of HR initiatives that align with the company’s vision and play a pivotal role in developing a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Location: Ellabell, GA

Direct Reports: 2 HR Managers with 11 reports
Travel: will occasionally travel between 2 local locations (30 min by car)

Compensation

  • $130,000–$150,000 DOE + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shaping and executing HR strategies to meet the organization’s goals.
  • Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Building programs for talent retention, career growth, and succession planning.
  • Fostering positive employee relations, addressing conflicts, and promoting engagement.
  • Implementing performance management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
  • Leading and inspiring the HR team, promoting a culture of collaboration.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven experience in HR data analytics for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills for delivering presentations and policy updates.

Preferred/Not Required:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field of study
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Experience in negotiating with third-party benefit consultants to ensure competitive pricing and plan designs
  • Experience serving on a 401 (k) Fiduciary Committee and experience with 401 (k) audits
  • Professional HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) or higher
