Senior Human Resources Manager / HR Leader

Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to take charge of HR functions, from talent management to compliance, shaping a vibrant workplace where people can thrive. In this role, you’ll be the architect of HR initiatives that align with the company’s vision and play a pivotal role in developing a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Location: Ellabell, GA
Direct Reports: 2 HR Managers with 11 reports
Travel: will occasionally travel between 2 local locations (30 min by car)

Compensation
- $130,000–$150,000 DOE + bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shaping and executing HR strategies to meet the organization’s goals.
- Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Building programs for talent retention, career growth, and succession planning.
- Fostering positive employee relations, addressing conflicts, and promoting engagement.
- Implementing performance management to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
- Leading and inspiring the HR team, promoting a culture of collaboration.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven experience in HR data analytics for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering presentations and policy updates.
Preferred/Not Required:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field of study
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Experience in negotiating with third-party benefit consultants to ensure competitive pricing and plan designs
- Experience serving on a 401 (k) Fiduciary Committee and experience with 401 (k) audits
- Professional HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) or higher
