Senior Information Security Engineer – Attack Surface & Cyber Intelligence

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer as part of the Attack Surface & Cyber Intel group. In this role, the Senior Engineer will leverage their security expertise to lead design decisions, implement countermeasures, and deliver security technologies across the enterprise.
As an SME, you will be responsible for security technologies related to Endpoint Protection, Cyber Intelligence, Deception Technology, and more.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Review and govern operational and architectural documentation to meet and exceed internal and regulatory requirements and ensure consistency across all security platforms
• Deliver product enhancements to meet business requests/requirements
• Support the Team in the prioritization of product feature(s) backlog and development for the product(s), backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Contribute to the multi-year roadmaps for security services
• Work closely with the Product Owner to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting team’s successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Engage with management to introduce and influence security technology decisions
• Define and implement performance measurements and security targets for security services
• Research industry trends and evaluate technologies aligned with the strategy to influence and recommend security technology purchase decisions to management
• Support peer engineering and incident response teams during critical events
• Develop a deep understanding of our business portfolio, while identifying and recommending solutions to address existing product/coverage gaps
• Assess quantitative and qualitative data that can be translated into product deliverables (Data-Driven) with measurable KPIs

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 4-year college degree
• 5 or more years of progress, broad based Information Security experience administering and engineering security solutions
  CISSP is highly preferred

• Deep working knowledge of administration and configuration of at least 3-5 of the following solutions:
  • Cyber Intelligence software (including generic and tailored services)
  • Deception Technology software
  • Endpoint Protection software
  • File Integrity Monitoring software
  • Intrusion Detection & Prevention software
  • Security Sandbox software
• Experience with Agile collaboration and task management tools (Jira)

Salary Range: $110-135k
