Site/Civil Engineer

Compensation:

• $110,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing site layout, grading, stormwater management, and infrastructure design
• Managing client relationships and leading a growing site/civil team
• Ensuring compliance with local and state agency requirements
• Performing stormwater design, hydraulic & hydrology analysis, and SWPPP preparation
• Providing QA/QC review of civil plans and reports
• Training and mentoring junior engineers and designers
• Coordinating with permitting teams to drive projects from concept to completion

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or another engineering discipline with relevant experience)
• PE License in any state (must obtain PE in a company-supported state within 6 months)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater software programs
• Experience with residential, industrial, multi-family, or commercial projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
