Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the modernization of legacy systems into scalable, secure frameworks.
• Designing and implementing robust web applications and APIs.
• Tackling technical debt and presenting innovative solutions to the team.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level developers.
• Diving into hands-on coding and troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
• Establishing architectural standards to guide the development process.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Expertise in Perl, PHP, Python, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Ability to migrate legacy systems to modern frameworks and tackle technical debt.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new languages and technologies.
• Bonus: Experience with .NET, SQL Server, and cloud platforms like AWS.
