ITAC Solutions is helping one of our Birmingham clients in their search for a Software Support Specialist. This company is targeting sharp, well-rounded individuals who are presentable and very focused in customer service and technology. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly sophisticated software product and support its many functions from the ground level. You'll interact with other specialists in solving problems and helping the company advance towards goals and really make a difference!

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Exposure to web products
  • Windows 7, 8 or 10 as well as Apple products/devices
  • Troubleshooting software applications
  • Experience with Salesforce (or any comparable ticketing systems) – preferred
  • Billing or financial experience is helpful for all products
  • Experience supporting software and customers
  • Good customer services skills
  • Strong communication skills
