Whether you’re in-office, working remotely, or prefer a hybrid setup, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing candidates for our corporate services positions. Compensation: $20-25/hour depending on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform detailed candidate searches using paid and unpaid tools, including social media and online resources.
• Source candidates for corporate services roles including roles within the Legal, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Office Administrative, and Operations space, just to name a few.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Communicate with potential candidates and present opportunities effectively.
• Manage sourcing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient candidate placement.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 1-5 years of sourcing or related experience, with at least 3 years supporting candidate sourcing in technology, finance/accounting, or corporate services.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple sourcing initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engage candidates.
