Compensation
- $140,000–$160,000 base salary
- Bonus eligible
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic investment decisions
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and KPI analysis
- Guide our multi-year operating plans and capital structure evaluations
- Present to senior leadership, the Board, and lenders
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize costs and identify growth opportunities
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- 7+ years of proven FP&A experience REQUIRED
- 2+ years of supervisory experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field REQUIRED
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- ERP system experience, Oracle a plus
- MBA or advanced degree is highly valued
