Staff Accountant

We are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced accounting professional to add to their team. 

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Assist in month and year-end closing and financial reporting including account analysis and reconciliations.
• Assist Controller with management of all day-to-day operational accounting activities
• Responsible for ensuring all accounting transactions are accurate and properly supported
• Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
• Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public or corporate accounting
• CPA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
