Staff Accountant / Entry-Level Accountant

Compensation:

• $50,000 – $60,000 salary, depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and posting journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with fixed assets, budgeting, and financial statement reviews.
• Managing employee receivables and outstanding credit card reports.
• Performing variance analysis on direct costs vs. budget.
• Correcting sales order errors and ensuring accuracy.
• Utilizing accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Targit, and Excel to analyze data.
• Collaborating with the team on monthly financial reviews and special projects.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting (internship required if new graduate).
• Strong Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables, data splicing).
• An open-minded approach—willingness to be trained across multiple accounting functions.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
