Staff Accountant
Company Location: Mobile, Alabama
100% Remote
Compensation: (DOE)
Full-time

What you'll be doing:
 

• Prepare complex tax returns for businesses including, but not limited to, S-corporations, C-corporations, partnerships, non-profits
• Review the preparation of income tax returns prepared by staff level tax accountant
• Assist with the coordination of engagements including client contact, staff requirements, documentation, and timing
• Work with more experienced team members to research and solve difficult tax issues to develop the best solutions for clients
• Supervise activities of less experienced staff while working on special projects

What you'll need to be considered: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• CPA preferred
• 2-5 years of tax experience in public accounting
• Experience using QuickBooks.
