Tax Accountant II
Salary:  $65-90K + bonus
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location:  Hybrid, 1 day per week onsite

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Prepare corporate tax returns and provisions
• Prepare journal entries and related financial statement disclosures
• Perform account analysis and account reconciliations
• Research tax and financial issues
• Develop timely and effective solutions to problems
• Participate in meetings and communicate with various departments

What you’ll need to be considered (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of Tax or Accounting experience
• Working knowledge of federal tax laws and GAAP
• Excellent interpersonal  and communication skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and goals

What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):

• CPA, preferred
• Experience with tax software
• Experience analyzing information to solve problems
• C Corp tax experience
• Multistate tax experience
