VP of Sales / Vice President of Sales
Are you a proactive and results-driven leader ready to drive sales growth and strategically position our client for continued success in the B2B facility security solutions market? We are seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to build a cohesive team, develop strategic sales plans, and exceed revenue targets.

Compensation

  • 90K Base + Bonus + 5% of Teams Earned Commission
  • Total Comp in Year One – 105-120K

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assessing current sales program and team, then recruiting new members to align with growth plans.
  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans in line with company goals.
  • Training, mentoring, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team.
  • Implementing effective sales processes, including CRM utilization and pipeline management.
  • Collaborating with marketing, operations, and senior management to drive integrated sales strategies.
  • Driving business development efforts and cultivating key client relationships.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize performance.
  • Participating in sales presentations, negotiations, and closing strategic deals.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • 3+ years of strong sales leadership with a proven track record.
  • Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably within the security services or related technology industry.
  • Successful track record in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales metrics and market trends.
  • Highly motivated to close business and mentor others.
