Compensation

• $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive ROI modeling and analysis to evaluate capital investment opportunities

• Build and refine complex financial models, forecasts, and reports

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve capital expenditure processes

• Develop dashboards and tools to monitor capital and investment performance

• Present insights to executive leadership that influence decision-making

• Support budgeting and forecasting for capital spend

• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis tied to operations and finance strategy

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 4-5 years of experience (2 recent years in FP&A)

• Experience working in a large, complex business environment

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools—Power BI is a major plus

• Advanced Excel skills paired with comfort in PowerPoint presentations

• Exposure to ERP systems like PeopleSoft or similar
