Join us in building our communities, making them stronger and healthier
At ITAC, we believe it is our responsibility to give back to the communities which support our families, our candidates, clients and our company. More than ever, our communities are in need and to the extent of our abilities, it is our goal to devote time and resources to contribute in meaningful ways that make a difference in lifting them up. To that end, we encourage the team members of ITAC to spend time giving back to their community by setting aside one day each quarter for them to give back to our community.
While many companies focus on global initiatives, which are still very important, we feel we can do more, and be more effective in our contributions by giving back locally. Through this journey of giving, we’ve been fortunate to connect with so many great organizations and people who are equally as eager to lend a hand and help the people in our own cities and towns. As a dedicated recruiting agency, we’ve committed our lives to building relationships, making connections and bringing success to our clients. It is our hope that we can extend our expertise in this highly meaningful way – through our partners, employees and communities – to make a difference in the lives of our friends and neighbors.
Years ago, we launched “Denim for Dollars.” At first it was just a fun initiative that raised funds for community projects: In exchange for wearing jeans on Friday, employees contributed money to an office fund that would be donated. So, it was almost by accident that we discovered the value and joy of giving back to our community.
As many people who contribute time and resources to giving back to their community can tell you, it can be contagious. Now, even after our company dress code moved to a “smart casual” policy every day of the week, we continue to collect those dollars from participating employees to put toward community projects or philanthropic events. Having a helping heart has become one of our company values. It is our hope that we can encourage other businesses to find new and innovative ways to work together to make our communities stronger and healthier!
