IT Systems Specialist

Compensation

• $55,000 – $70,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide Tier 2 support across servers, desktops, and internal systems

• Troubleshoot local and remote networks, VPNs, firewalls, and critical applications

• Maintain phone systems, AV equipment, and mobile devices

• Assist with policy documentation, backups, and disaster recovery readiness

• Support software installation and configuration

• Monitor anti-virus, patch management, and firewall logs

• Participate in system upgrades, planning, and implementation

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 2+ years of relevant experience to include level II support

• Experience supporting both server infrastructure and desktop systems

• Familiarity with VMware, Citrix, or VOIP systems

• Ability to present professionally and communicate with end users and leadership

• Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort managing competing priorities
