Compensation: Up to $120,000/year based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the full architectural project lifecycle from schematic design to construction administration
• Producing code-compliant drawings and detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinating technical input from multidisciplinary teams including engineers and contractors
• Participating in occasional site visits and client meetings
• Reviewing and mentoring junior staff contributions
• Ensuring all designs meet local zoning codes, sustainability goals, and ADA regulations
• Managing project deadlines across multiple design phases

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Active architectural licensure
• Strong working knowledge of ADA guidelines and local building codes
• Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings and manage timelines collaboratively
• Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD software
