Compensation: $100k+ depending on experience

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Lead the architectural process from schematic design through construction administration
• Produce detailed, code-compliant construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Participate in client meetings and occasional site visits
• Translate client needs into safe, sustainable, functional designs
• Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines
• Guide and review junior team contributions

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Active architectural licensure
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods
• Knowledge of ADA, local building codes, and sustainability goals
