Compensation

• $60,000 – $75,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Convert scanned paper and digital images into production-ready CAD cut files (.gbr).
• Optimize nesting and layouts to maximize material yield for CNC cutting.
• Provide technical support for CNC cutting operations and tooling.
• Create and maintain 2D/3D drawings, routing tickets, and the cut-file library.
• Support first-article trial runs, sample preparation, and prototype development.
• Collaborate with sales and program teams to implement new product programs.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Proficiency with StyleCAD/Nestings and CATIA (specialized textile pattern tools).
• Ability to produce production .gbr files from scanned/digital sources.
• Experience supporting CNC cutting operations and first-article tooling/trial runs.
• Familiarity with mat/carpet-to-rug conversion or related mat manufacturing processes.
