Field Service Technician

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of state-of-the-art Command Systems, empowering operational success.

Compensation: $80,000–$115,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver hands-on technical support for IBCS systems, equipment, and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Act as the go-to contact for all IBCS program-related needs.
• Support system emplacement, initialization, and provide operator training.
• Manage program help desk operations and equipment inventory.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Must be a US Citizen. 
• Must be willing and able to be deployed outside of the US for a period of time. 
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Security+ and Linux+ certifications (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Tactical network expertise and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills under pressure.
