Compensation: Up to $210,000/yr DOE plus bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Direct global talent management processes and programs to drive organizational success
• Lead recruiting and learning & development teams in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Build and execute strategies for succession planning and leadership development
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate and enhance organizational talent practices
• Guide change management initiatives for talent management programs
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on culture and workforce strategy
• Lead a team of professionals delivering thought leadership across the business

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• Deep expertise in organizational and talent development strategies
• Strong influencing skills to impact decisions across senior leadership levels
• Ability to design and implement global succession planning and talent transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in fast-paced, global environments
