Compensation: $18–$20/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls professionally
• Distribute mail and manage office correspondence
• Assist with bid preparation and document coordination
• Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
• Support general administrative duties as needed
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
• Uphold confidentiality and office protocols

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Dropbox or similar file-sharing platforms
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities
• Familiarity with construction or design-related administrative tasks
• Experience managing bid documents and document management systems
