Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base DOE + incentive potential based on portfolio performance and profitability
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships
- Originate new commercial loans and cross-sell banking services
- Underwrite and structure credit requests in collaboration with credit analysts
- Participate in local business development and community events
- Manage the entire lending process from origination to closing
- Support the bank’s strategic goal of expanding its C&I portfolio
- Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory standards
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- 5+ years of proven success in commercial lending within a community or regional bank
- Experience with credit underwriting and loan structuring
- Strong local market knowledge and referral network
What Could Set You Apart:
- Exposure to C&I, owner-occupied CRE, or small business lending
- Formal credit training or background in credit analysis
