Marketing Specialist

Compensation: $50-60K

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Design and manage all in-house marketing collateral (print & digital)
• Maintain and update the company website and social media presence
• Develop trade show materials and promotional displays
• Produce write-ups and design assets for completed projects
• Create signage and graphics for architectural project packages
• Organize and maintain a digital library of marketing assets
• Assist in editing, retouching, and formatting photography

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• A portfolio that highlights both print and digital design work
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
• Experience creating marketing materials in a design-heavy industry (architecture, construction, etc.)
• Strong copywriting or editing skills for marketing content
• Experience managing CMS-based websites and email marketing platforms
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage independent projects from start to finish
