Compensation: $90-100K

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Lead and manage the quality function across all stages of production
• Supervise and mentor two quality technicians
• Oversee ISO 9001-2015 compliance and drive readiness for AS9100 certification
• Conduct first article inspections and ensure Mil-Spec compliance where applicable
• Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify part accuracy
• Analyze quality metrics and develop continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent product standards

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools
• Exposure to military specs, Mil-Spec, or government contract quality standards
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Comfort navigating manual and CNC machining environments
