Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems

• Process payroll using Paycom and ensure data integrity

• Reconcile bank records and resolve discrepancies

• Enter and track deposits in accounting software

• Assist with financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance

• Analyze financial reports to identify variances and trends

• Collaborate with accounting team to support monthly close processes

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Paycom (preferred, not required)

• Background in healthcare industry is a plus

• Degree in Accounting is highly preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Clean background check required
