Office & Warehouse Support Coordinator / Administrative & Operations Assistant

Compensation: $55,000 annually ($26.44/hour) + Regular overtime pay (8–12 hours per week typical)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate communication between vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory, supply, and shipment records using tracking tools or ERP systems.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, and office organization.
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including receiving, organizing, and preparing materials.
- Operate a forklift (training provided) and handle materials safely.
- Perform light lifting (up to 100 lbs) as needed for warehouse or inventory support.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience supporting both administrative and operational functions.
- Familiarity with inventory coordination, vendor management, or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
