Compensation
- $21 – $24 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process accounts payable for grants, agencies, and corporate needs
- Review purchase orders and reconcile purchase card statements
- Handle monthly AP checks for allocations and special programs
- Monitor and respond to AP group email requests
- Maintain accurate records and assist with retention tasks
- Support the AP Manager and team on special projects
- Ensure timely and accurate payments across multiple entities
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 4+ years of experience in AP
- Strong knowledge of AP fundamentals
- Banking experience is a plus
- MIP Abila software experience is a plus
- Comfortable in excel
- Team player
