Compensation

• Salary range: $65,000 – $78,000

• Annual Christmas bonus program

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns

• Review and provide feedback to interns and associates on tax work

• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve tax questions

• Research and apply tax laws to assist in planning and compliance strategies

• Stay updated on changing tax regulations

• Support and mentor less experienced staff to promote team development

• Collaborate closely with partners to deliver exceptional client service

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing with at least two parts passed)

• Proficiency with advanced Excel functions and tax software

• Ability to prioritize partner needs across diverse client portfolios

• Strong professionalism and communication skills for client interaction

• Ambitious mindset with a desire to grow within a long-established firm
