Our client is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager ready to spearhead national sales growth in the custom fabrication and electrical utility market. Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 base + bonus opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive new business development and expand customer accounts across the U.S.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with distributors, utilities, and industrial clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that increase visibility and revenue
  • Manage the RFQ and proposal process to ensure competitive and profitable bids
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client visits
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to shape national growth strategies

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Proven success in outside sales or business development
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical utility or power infrastructure space
  • Hunter mindset — self-directed, strategic, and entrepreneurial
  • Familiarity with key players in the electrical and industrial distribution markets
  • Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
