What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal
• Handling federal and state e-filings and court procedures
• Drafting motions, notices, subpoenas, and routine court documents
• Organizing case files, exhibits, deposition materials, and trial binders
• Conducting research, cite-checking, Bluebooking, and shepardizing
• Supporting attorneys with deposition prep and document productions
• Providing in-court trial support, including technology setup and presentation

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 3-5 years litigation paralegal experience

• Familiarity with complex, commercial litigation required.
• ABA paralegal certification required
• MS Office / NetDocs / Elite / ChromeRiver

What Could Set You Apart:

• Bachelors/Associates Degree
• Corporate Paralegal Experience
