Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 DOE (hourly, non-exempt)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support 2–4 attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Electronically file documents in state and federal courts
• Coordinate depositions and summarize testimony
• Assist with trial preparation and case organization
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery materials

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Paralegal Certificate or BS degree & equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience with PACER and electronic court filing
• Strong legal writing and document drafting ability
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms
• Ability to work independently in a billable, deadline-driven role
