Division Manager / Construction Operations Leader

Compensation: $198k – $225k (base + incentive)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead division operations, financial performance, and team development
• Recruit, mentor, and develop project and field leadership
• Oversee projects from estimating through close-out
• Drive job-cost control, forecasting, and budget accountability
• Partner with corporate teams to ensure alignment and compliance
• Strengthen client relationships and represent the organization locally
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Deep technical knowledge of drywall/interior construction
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex operations
• Strong financial acumen and job-cost management expertise
• Collaborative, servant-leader mindset
