Our client is looking for a hands-on Server Administrator to safeguard critical systems and keep complex infrastructure running smoothly when it matters most. This role sits at the heart of business continuity—owning disaster recovery, virtualization platforms, and server reliability across a modern enterprise environment.

Compensation: $75-85K
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, deploy, and operate Zerto-based replication and disaster recovery solutions
- Build, test, and maintain DR runbooks, failover/failback plans, and recovery workflows
- Manage Veeam backup and replication, including restores and retention strategies
- Administer Nutanix HCI clusters and VMware vSphere environments
- Patch, upgrade, and tune hosts, clusters, and virtual machines
- Own day-to-day Windows Server administration and lifecycle management
- Support application teams during maintenance, upgrades, and incidents
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Hands-on experience with Zerto, Veeam, Nutanix, and VMware/vSphere
- Proven ownership of RPO/RTO objectives and DR testing
- PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
- Experience administering Active Directory and core Windows services
- Comfort troubleshooting across compute, storage, and replication layers
