Full Charge Bookkeeper
(Contract-to-Hire)

This role partners closely with ownership and plays a direct role in keeping the business financially healthy, compliant, and positioned for continued growth. Compensation
-
$55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements

Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain documentation

Develop and monitor internal controls

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Lead and support a small accounting team
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AP/AR/ Bookkeeping
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Experience using QuickBooks Desktop REQUIRED

Experience in a distribution environment is a plus

Ability to directly support and advise company ownership
