Our client is seeking a hands-on Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of parts operations, from inventory management to customer service. This role allows you to make strategic decisions, lead a dedicated team, and directly impact the success of the store and its customers.

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and motivate a small parts team while fostering accountability and results-driven performance
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and overall parts operations
  • Oversee inventory management and drive sales growth
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and regulatory compliance
  • Hire, train, supervise, and develop team members
  • Encourage a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support store success

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Experience in truck parts or automotive parts management (Cummins, Peterbilt, MACK, Volvo, Freightliner/Western Star preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Outlook skills for reporting and analysis
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Tenure and stability in previous roles (2–3+ years preferred)
