As the Legal Operations Admin, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office, supporting court communications, document management, and internal workflows that keep the legal department running smoothly. Compensation: $20/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Follow up with calls to courts and review court websites for service information
• Sort and distribute mail for the legal department, including document organization for scanning
• Process and mail firm letters accurately and efficiently
• Assist with data entry, scanning, and document filing
• Support other duties as assigned by the Legal Operations Manager

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal admin or legal support experience, ideally in creditors’ rights
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills; Alacourt and Pacer experience preferred
• Process-focused and detail-oriented mindset
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• FDCPA or UDAAP knowledge is a plus
