Asset Management Analyst
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Analyst to sit at the heart of commercial real estate decision-making on the asset side of the portfolio. This role directly influences how properties perform, how value is created, and how long-term investment strategies come to life. You’ll work alongside senior investment leaders, gaining hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of high-impact commercial assets.

Compensation
- $60,000 – $75,000 base (DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze asset performance, financial statements, and variance reports
- Support underwriting, due diligence, and property transitions
- Build and maintain financial models using Excel and Argus
- Assist with multi-year business plans and proformas
- Partner with property managers and leasing teams to execute strategy
- Track market trends and support acquisition and disposition analysis
- Engage with brokers and internal stakeholders to support asset strategy
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Underwriting, or Commercial Real Estate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Commercial real estate exposure or asset-focused investment experience
- Advanced Excel modeling capability
- Ability to engage confidently with brokers and external partners
- Experience using Argus or similar real estate analysis tools
