Compensation

• $55,000 – $75,000 base salary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage a detailed pipeline of prospective acquisitions
• Develop financial models and underwriting analyses for new deals
• Conduct market research and evaluate investment opportunities
• Support creation of investment committee and financing materials
• Coordinate due diligence, timelines, and acquisition processes
• Maintain broker relationships and support business development efforts
• Assist with property transitions and ongoing investment operations

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 2-4 years of experience 
• Experience building financial models 
• Strong ability to develop underwriting assumptions for CRE deals
• Comfort engaging with brokers and supporting relationship development
• Ability to track and analyze commercial real estate market trends
• Experience supporting acquisition due diligence and deal execution
