Compensation: $55,000 – 65,000 DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage approximately 30 active medical malpractice cases with long-term litigation timelines
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents
- File and manage documents in both federal and state courts
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, expert meetings, and attorney schedules
- Track deadlines and maintain highly organized case files
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy
- Provide direct litigation support to assigned attorneys
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- 5 years’ experience as a paralegal supporting medical malpractice or complex personal injury litigation
- Comfort working within a paper-based, old-school legal workflow as well as adaptability for modernization
- Ability to independently manage the full discovery process
- Proven skill coordinating schedules across multiple attorneys and experts
- Willingness to work fully in-office
