Inside Sales Representative – Instrumentation Division / Inside Sales – Industrial Instrumentation

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales professional who thrives at the center of customer relationships, technical problem-solving, and fast-paced order support. This position plays a direct role in helping manufacturers, distributors, and industrial partners get the right instrumentation—on time and done right.

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- Commission potential of approximately $8,000–$10,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails for instrumentation products
- Prepare quotes and perform accurate part number lookups
- Provide technical product guidance on gauges, sensors, and transmitters
- Support MRO-focused customers including wholesalers and distributors
- Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and field sales teams
- Track orders and customer activity in ERP and CRM systems
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience supporting or selling industrial instrumentation or process control products
- Technical aptitude with gauges, sensors, transmitters, or similar devices
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems such as Infor SXe or comparable tools
- Strong phone-based customer support skills
