Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Client Account Manager to lead and grow a full book of business. This senior-level role puts you at the forefront of client relationships, giving you ownership over renewals, compliance, billing oversight, and strategic planning. You’ll be the primary client contact, driving results while mentoring team members and shaping the future growth of the business.

Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000/yr depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a full book of business with end-to-end ownership
- Lead client renewals, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and brokers
- Mentor and support team members in client service delivery
- Oversee account compliance, billing, and strategic planning
- Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Experience managing accounts generating $5,000+ in revenue
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience
- Strong client-facing, relationship-driven skill set
- Real estate account experience preferred
- Expertise in renewal presentations and contract negotiations
