Compensation $30/hour, with potential ROA Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees using SAP/SuccessFactors
- Ensure local and state taxes are accurate and up to date
- Manage onboarding and termination processing
- Maintain training records in proprietary systems
- Serve as HR backup across key functions, including interview coordination
- Support community outreach initiatives
- Uphold and promote strict safety standards
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Experience processing payroll in SAP (ECP side preferred)
- Ability to manage high-volume weekly payroll with extreme attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas (VLOOKUP a plus)
- Demonstrated stability in prior roles
- Willingness to learn all HR functions and grow into a Generalist path
