HR Coordinator

Compensation $30/hour, with potential ROA Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees using SAP/SuccessFactors
• Ensure local and state taxes are accurate and up to date
• Manage onboarding and termination processing
• Maintain training records in proprietary systems
• Serve as HR backup across key functions, including interview coordination
• Support community outreach initiatives
• Uphold and promote strict safety standards

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Experience processing payroll in SAP (ECP side preferred)
• Ability to manage high-volume weekly payroll with extreme attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas (VLOOKUP a plus)
• Demonstrated stability in prior roles
• Willingness to learn all HR functions and grow into a Generalist path
