Compensation

• $21/hour 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide hardware, software, and network support for internal and external users
• Organize and maintain IT assets, documentation, and inventory
• Support data/voice communications and system performance
• Assist with disaster recovery processes and system backups
• Perform data imports/exports and generate ad hoc reports
• Support enterprise-wide service calls and troubleshooting
• Assist with IT training materials and documentation

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Associate’s degree required
• Basic programming knowledge in SQL and C#
• Experience supporting ERP and CRM systems
• Knowledge of networking, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting
