Are you ready to own the entire purchasing operation for a $100M organization? Our client is seeking a hands-on Purchasing Manager who thrives in a lean, high-impact environment. This is a rare opportunity to lead strategy and execution—driving cost control, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance while directly influencing plant success.

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the full-cycle purchasing process from sourcing to payment
• Develop and execute purchasing strategies across spend categories
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier terms
• Manage on-site inventory, cycle counts, and semi-annual reconciliations
• Forecast demand in partnership with operations and finance
• Track KPIs to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Ensure procurement compliance and resolve invoice/contract discrepancies

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Experience owning the full purchasing process in a $50M+ facility
• Background in industrial or automotive environments
• Experience with ERP systems (Motorbase a plus), MS Office, ADP
• Proven ability to independently manage purchasing strategy and execution
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
