Compensation
• $70,000 – $85,000 base salary
• bonus opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly and annually
• Post journal entries and investigate ledger transactions
• Deliver financial analysis and reporting to leadership
• Assist with budgeting processes and variance analysis
• Support process improvement and automation efforts
• Become fluent in systems including Microsoft Dynamics AX, Targit, and SharePoint

What You’ll Need to be Considered
• Be able to do the job as described
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA certification preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Targit, or similar ERP/reporting systems
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Prior background in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred 
• Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities
