Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, complex transaction analysis, and regulatory compliance within the insurance industry. Compensation
-
$75,000 – $95,000 annually

Annual bonus up to 10%
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Prepare and analyze complex internal and external financial reports
-
Apply GAAP and regulatory accounting guidance to transactions
-
Reconcile and review complex general ledger accounts
-
Evaluate and document appropriate accounting treatments
-
Support budgeting processes and special projects
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy

Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards
What You’ll Need to be Considered
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-
CPA preferred
-
3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
-
Experience applying SAP and/or GAAP accounting treatments
-
Public accounting and/or insurance industry experience is a plus
-
Ability to identify issues and recommend sound business solutions
